I know it’s a cliche to say that Pacific Northwest newscasters make huge fucking mountains out of the eensy weensiest weather molehills. So I won’t go there.
But when they are predicting that your area might, I say again MIGHT, get a “dusting” of snow overnight and then put an article called “Snow Survival Tips” on their website, they are taking hyperbole to all new heights.
Oh, also, “Officials said sidewalk snow shoveling was up to residents.” What exactly will we be shoveling?
