I don’t do Yoga. I know, I know. I really should. I know this. I do. I’ve even had doctors (the kind of doctors who check your reflexes with sharp taps to your knee) vigorously encourage me to start taking Yoga classes. Apparently, I don’t relax well, or something.

But I don’t. I work out (back when I used to work out, that is) at a frenetic, heart-pounding, almost anaerobic pace. It keeps me sane.

Plus, with the help of this hilarious site (which Miss Glamm directed me toward), I don’t need Yoga. I can watch Batman do it.
