Groundhog Day
Happy Groundhog Day! I’ve got nothing new and exciting to report, and apparently neither does the groundhog. He saw his shadow, or didn’t see his shadow, or whatever it is that happens that makes him determine that we are in for six more weeks of winter. Which, given the mood it seems most of Seattle has been in lately, just means another month and a half of surly drivers, tense meetings at work, inferring snarkiness in emails from your loved ones, and feeling like you just can’t get enough sleep. Or maybe that’s just me.
And now, I’m off to write an article about how to keep a sunny disposition during the rainy season. Something about the blind leading the blind….

It’s not just you. Snarkiness is alive and well all over rain country. My heart is on my deck drining iced tea barbequing salmon, sun low in the sky but not about to set for hours. oooooohhhmmmm. Be there with me.
