These are a few of my favorite things…
I love the Decemberists. I love the Mariners. And I love GTB for directing me toward USS Mariner this morning to see those two wonderful worlds collide.

Now that’s just beautiful. If GTB can use his connections to get Colin Meloy to sing that during the stretch, I’ll buy us all tickets and beer, I swear.
So has Seattle finally had a baseball team long enough for us to identify ourselves as the new Boston Red Sox? I think so and the first mf who says the words “expansion team” gets a knuckle sandwich.
