Particularly this part:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Baltimore and Milwaukee were the only states with more contaminated sites per capita than Portland. The city of Los Angeles had the most contaminated sites: 271,360.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>First of all, Baltimore and Milwaukee aren&#8217;t states. They&#8217;re cities. Same goes for Portland. I&#8217;m pretty bad at math, but if Los Angeles has the most contaminated sites, and Baltimore and Milwaukee also have more than Portland, how is Portland number 3?
