In an ongoing debate between GTB and not just me but pretty much everyone in my family (not to mention my friends who grew up in either Washington or Oregon), we have yet to determine whether or not Oregon drivers are really as bad as I think they are, or, at the very least, come up with conclusive evidence proving either side’s arguement. <\/p>\n
Most of you are probably familiar with this particular debate. If you aren’t, here is a little tirade <\/a>where I expressed my true feelings about becoming an Oregon driver. <\/p>\n Since the day that my driver’s license, and my car’s license plates, plainly declared that I am officially an Oregon driver, GTB and I have had a few discussions about my theories as to why Oregonians suck so bad. One of them, the one about Oregon being a lawless western state for a long time and only now becoming civilized as Portland becomes more metropolitan and the lawless drivers not being quite accustomed to “city” driving yet, almost had GTB convinced that I might be on to something.<\/p>\n
