Remember that boy from Portland I mentioned? We’ve been debating the benefits of our fair cities in hopes of pursuading the other to relocate. The “You’ll have to move here” followed by “No, you move here” argument usually degrades into a tennis match of geographic beauties, city planning, sports teams, and cost of living. And really, can you argue about whether Mt. Hood is prettier than Mt. Rainier?<\/p>\n

This morning, I came up with a doozy: the Olympics. Portland don’t got ’em. Bwaa haa haa haa. I’ve come up with it at last! The final bit that will convince him he must move UP HERE. He countered with this<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For now, at least, he’s winning. And it wasn’t even in the stoopid Oregonian. It’s from the Seattle Times. How embarrassing!<\/p>\n
